What will this cost and how much time will it take?

Our fees for redesign and staging services (including color consultations) are $100 the first hour and $75 every hour thereafter. Our shopping service rate is $65/hour with a predetermined budget. Room RejuvenationSM Results and Smart StagingSM Solutions typically take between 4-5 hours per room and often can be completed for around $450 per room - cost to be determined during the initial consultation. If your property is vacant, the cost of rental furniture will be included in your estimate.

Will I need to leave while you work?
When we arrive to begin an assignment, we do ask that you leave. While left to do our "magic." we work more quickly and efficiently - and you'll return to enjoy the surprise of the big reveal. You'll be tickled to see your "new" living or work spaces.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. (Thank you for asking!)

When is payment due?
Payment in full is due at the reveal, when the project is completed. For projects $1000 and up, a 50% deposit is due at the time of contract signing.
 
My stuff is old & worn out. How can you possibly make it look any better?
All of us have surrounded ourselves with "things" and "stuff" that we once liked enough to buy and bring into our home. At Eye to Eye Interiors, LLC, we focus on how you live in your space, how you use your "stuff," and we learn which "things" you most admire. Connecting these elements can make even a worn out sofa look comfortable and inviting. That said... at the end of our time together, we'll provide suggestions about possible "wish list" items you might want to purchase on your own. We can also help you shop, taking you to the perfect places for your needs, taste and budget.
 
Will you "shop" the rest of my house for your design?
Before we do any work, we ask you to identify places in your home where we may "shop" for items or furniture to move and help rejuvenate the assigned space(s). Your style choices are evident throughout your home and in this way, our redesign will best reflect your style, not ours. We will not shop in rooms you say are off limits.
 
I have too much clutter! What should I do?
Relax, breathe and know you're not alone. During our consultation, we can provide you with tried and true decluttering tips. We can even schedule time to assist you in your decluttering efforts. Before Room RejuvenationSM Results or Smart StagingSM Solutions are to begin, we ask that you thoroughly clean the space to be redesigned or staged.
